How do I contact you?

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes!

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

After you submit your order, it will take us 37 business days to process (in case you need to change your shipping address, adjust your order, etc.). At this point, it will take between 1015 additional days for domestic packages and 12 additional weeks for international packages.

How do I track my order?

After your order is done processing, you should receive an email with a tracking number for your package.

If you don’t receive a tracking number, please check your spam folder.

What time are deliveries usually made?

Our products are usually delivered during local business hours (i.e. Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm) by your local postal service.

What happens if I’m not home during delivery?

Not to worry. Most of our items will be left in your postbox if they are small enough. If your postal service does not have access to your postbox, it will usually be left at your local post office for you to pick up. They will leave a note for you with the package location for pickup.

Do I have to pay for customs, duties or import taxes?

We cannot be held responsible for any import charges made by your country’s customs. It is advisable to check the pricing guide at your local customs department if you think you may have to pay additional fees.

We are NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing any claims with their local post office.

I input the wrong shipping address. What do I do?

We work with an automated fulfillment platform. As a result, your order begins processing almost immediately after you submit your order.

We can’t guarantee that we can change your address. However, if you reach out to us immediately regarding changes to your address, we may be able to make the change before your item is processed.

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the shipping address in any other cases.

Can I change my billing address?

The billing addresses is currently non editable to prevent and secure against payments fraud. Please note that all details submitted are final.

Order Changes

What if I have changed my mind about my order?

All cancellations and changes must be made within 24 hours of the initial purchase. You must contact us within the first 24 hours. Even if we do not respond right away, your request to cancel must be received within the first 24 hours after a purchase.

Do to the nature of our custom products, every order is "made to order". Your product starts manufacturing process 1 day after you place your order, so we do not allow cancellations after 24 hours.

Please note that these measures are entirely up to your bank and we cannot take money from you in any way if you don’t successfully complete the purchase.

 

Damaged Items & Order Issues

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We’re so sorry to hear the order arrived damaged!

Please send us a photo of the damaged item. We will send you another identical product, free of charge.

The wrong item arrived. What can I do?

We’re very sorry to hear that you received the incorrect product. Sometimes our fulfillment team does make mistakes, and we sincerely apologize for this.

If this is indeed the case, please send us a quick photo of the incorrect item(s) you received. We will make it up to you by sending you an identical product right away, free of charge. You can even keep the additional product you received.

Only part of my order arrived. Where is the rest of my order?

Our items often arrive in separate packages, so it is common to receive your remaining item(s) several days apart.
